Such a rude man on the phone, tried to sell a near new TV, tried to tell him the model number not interested, kept talking over me and not listening immediately. I told him he was rude and will take no business there again. Would rather go to the smaller exchange places. Terrible business and customer service!

Staff never answer the phones been ringing for 25 mins today and yesterday was worse and believe me the shop isn't that busy ..the staff are just too lazy to pick up a phone
