  Visited Impulse to buy flowers on Valentine's Day. The staff were so incredibly rude, I couldn't believe it. The customer service was abysmal, I couldn't believe the way the florist was speaking to me and the way she wrapped the flowers was so bad I didn't buy them. Instead I went a little bit further up Perth Road to the other florist, staff there are much more polite and the flowers are better quality.

  Very happy with our flowers ordered for my sister's funeral, we went for the red roses spray 100 £ looked great and the one with mum for the kids. Diane and cherry very helpful and pleasant.
